Technology Solutions to Leverage Risk Management

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What is the biggest impediment to implementation of risk management strategies across the institution? Administrative friction, or "how hard is it for administrators to follow the procedure?" This session will look at home grown and commercially available technological solutions to leverage your staff, reduce administrative friction and boost the success of your risk management program.

As a result of participating in this session, attendees will:
 Have a broad overview of technological solutions to risk management problems,
 Understand how technological solutions can effectively reduce administrative friction, resulting in higher compliance.
 Understand how to do a joint ROI (return on investment) and ROR (return on risk) analysis of the technological solution.
 Then "sell" the proposal to higher management, and be able to shift their thinking from "this must be done" to "how do we make this happen?"
