Illuminating ERM – a Pre-Conference Workshop Designed to Help You Shine LIMITED

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

(Additional fee) More than a decade has passed since the first higher education risk management programs began to expand into enterprise risk management (ERM), but the journey is still beginning for most institutions. This one-day workshop will help you understand the implementation process and how to apply it to your institution. Regardless of your starting point, the knowledgeable trainers (and other participants) will help you consider how to advance your ERM plan. The workshop will include tools and examples that you can put to immediate use. We will trouble shoot common problems, dialogue about leadership and skills and review examples of successful programs. This training is intended to compliment the three-day PRIMA-URMIA ERM Implementation Training and can be taken either before or after that training.
