Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This session will review the fundamental issues associated with traumatic brain injury, look at what the underlying concussion patterns are, understand the claim activity that may influence future litigation and learn about best practices to support mitigation efforts in this area. We will also review recent approval to allow unionization of football players at Northwestern University and discuss potential ramifications of this decision.
