URMIA will offer this pre-conference workshop to provide a comprehensive review session for the Associate in Risk Management - ERM exam. The ARM is a nationally recognized educational program for dedicated professionals. Learn how enterprise risk management (ERM) applies across various functions of an organization, including strategic planning, governance and process management.

Note that this will be a review session in ERM 57 concepts. The Institutes’ suggested self-study time is 7-9 weeks. Attendees should purchase their own study materials and plan to begin studying before the conference depending on when they plan to sit for the exam. Study materials can be purchased directly from the Institutes' website. URMIA offers a FREE online study course through the ARM Study Group as well, please take advantage of this. Erike Young, the instructor for the ARM Study Group, will be leading this session. Erike is the former Deputy Director of ERM and Director of EH&S for the University of California, Office of the President.

The following courses are required to earn the ARM designation: ARM 54—Risk Management Principles and Practices, ARM 55—Risk Assessment and Treatment, and ARM 56—Risk Financing.
