Diane Gould has over 25 years of professional experience in the property insurance and risk consulting industry including insurance broking, management, property risk assessment and mitigation, and training. Currently, she is an account executive and property specialist for Cross Insurance - Higher Education Division, where she is responsible for designing and implementing property and fine arts insurance placements and managing client property risks. She also spent 10 years on the NFPA committee for the protection of cultural resources (better known as libraries, museums and historic buildings) where she worked with fire, safety and security specialists from some of the world's most prestigious museums and libraries. Diane received her BA in chemistry from Wheaton College and her Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
