As property and casualty producer at The Graham Company, Mr. Knapp is responsible for new business development, as well as negotiating and placing insurance coverage for his new clients. He identifies and removes the legal loopholes that insurers write into their policies in order to avoid paying large organizations on significant claims.

Mr. Knapp joined the Graham Company from the law firm of Cozen O’Connor where he was a partner in the firm’s global insurance group. There he represented insurance companies and crafted legal arguments to support their denial of coverage on multi-million dollar claims. Mr. Knapp defended insurers in state and federal courts throughout the country. Prior to his work at Cozen O’Connor, he served as a law clerk for the honorable Edwin M. Kosik of the U.S. District Court for the middle district of Pennsylvania in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He began his legal career as an associate at Post & Schell, defending personal injury cases.
